The main floor features an open living concept with a huge kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops and a massive granite topped island , perfect for family gatherings. The windows in the living room allows you to enjoy the outdoors while being inside. The in suite master bedroom has french doors that allow you to walk onto the balcony patio and views of the outdoors.
Upstairs is an open loft area with a foosball table and a queen size futon. The bonus room has plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for entertaining with a bar and outside balcony overlooking the 5th hole of Prospector Golf Course. In addition to the upstairs loft, the bonus fourth bedroom has its own private bathroom with one queen bed.
Downstairs, are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin over queen bunk. This home sleeps up to 11 in beds and has a maximum occupancy of 12
The private hot tub provides golf course views and is accessible from the downstairs French Doors.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and Fitness Center and Nelson Dairy Pool due to resort regulations. Passes are not available to purchase and you will not be charged a daily resort fee.
Cancelation Summary:
a. Cancelation- 90 days or more prior to Arrival Date: All monies refunded, except for
$300 cancelation fee.
b. Cancelation- 60 days or more prior to Arrival Date: Owner to retain the $300 cancelation fee, and Occupant forfeits the Initial Deposit, unless all or a portion of the period reserved by Occupant is successfully re-marketed, in which case the Initial Deposit may be refunded on a pro-rata basis
(depending on whether all of the same days are paid for by the new occupant, and whether the same Lodging Rate is received by Owner).
c. Cancelation - Less than 60 days prior to Arrival Date: Owner to retain the $300 cancelation fee, and Occupant forfeits the Initial Deposit and Remaining Deposit, unless all or a portion of the period reserved by Occupant is successfully re-marketed, in which case the Initial Deposit & Remaining Deposit may be refunded on a pro-rata basis (depending on whether all of the same days are paid for by the new occupant, and whether the same Lodging Rate is received by Owner).
