This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home is located in the heart of Suncadia in Prospector Reach, it is walking distance to both the Suncadia Lodge and Swiftwater Cellars. Its the perfect home for a family looking to spend a weekend away, to a few families looking for a fun getaway together. This three-bedroom home is great for many occasions. The Suncadia Resort and surrounding area has many year round recreational activities available.
The main level consists of an open kitchen to the living room and dining area with seating for up to 8. Just outside the living room is the natural gas firepit and hot tub! The kitchen island has five bar stools for a breakfast buffet. The main floor also includes a powder room, the master bedroom with a king size bed, master bath, washer and dryer and access to the two car garage.
The second floor consists of two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The first upstairs bedroom consists of a queen size bed. The second guest bedroom has two sets of bunk-beds (total of four beds in bedroom three).
Unfortunately we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and Fitness Center and Nelson Dairy Pool due to resort regulations. Passes are not available to purchase and you will not be charged a daily resort fee.

Cancelation Summary:
a. Cancelation- 90 days or more prior to Arrival Date: All monies refunded, except for
$300 cancelation fee.
b. Cancelation- 60 days or more prior to Arrival Date: Owner to retain the $300 cancelation fee, and Occupant forfeits the Initial Deposit, unless all or a portion of the period reserved by Occupant is successfully re-marketed, in which case the Initial Deposit may be refunded on a pro-rata basis
(depending on whether all of the same days are paid for by the new occupant, and whether the same Lodging Rate is received by Owner).
c. Cancelation - Less than 60 days prior to Arrival Date: Owner to retain the $300 cancelation fee, and Occupant forfeits the Initial Deposit and Remaining Deposit, unless all or a portion of the period reserved by Occupant is successfully re-marketed, in which case the Initial Deposit & Remaining Deposit may be refunded on a pro-rata basis (depending on whether all of the same days are paid for by the new occupant, and whether the same Lodging Rate is received by Owner).
