On the Bellevue Farm you will enjoy great blue heron, bald eagles, deer, fruit-filled orchards and open pastures with sweeping views of Westcott Bay.
The home has true southwest exposure providing all day sunlight and warmth.
This 2012 custom Cape Cod Home is the best the islands have to offer. Strategically set to enjoy sweeping views of Westcott Bay this home was designed as a summer vacation rental. With over 1,900 sf of outdoor living area, this home will be the focal point of your family vacation.
With both an inside and an outdoor kitchen you won’t be the one “stuck inside” on those endless summer days. Sit back and watch a movie OUTSIDE on the overstuffed outdoor furniture while watching pristine images on the 52” Sony BRAVIA HDTV (it’s 3-D capable but we don’t supply glasses). Roast marshmallows around your private fire pit.
The open floor plan features a well equipped kitchen with induction cook top, Sub Zero fridge and a large center island which gives way to massive views through the living and dining room. Matching 8’ doors and window height make sure you don’t miss a single sunset or any of the wildlife passing by. Three queen bedrooms on the main floor and a large 4th bedroom / bunk room upstairs provides bed space for up to 10 but you’ll be hard pressed to keep your kids from sleeping out under the stars.
Feel free to help yourself to any of the produce growing in the estates garden or pick apples, pears and plums from the orchard. Your family will enjoy recreational activities like bicycling, golf, hiking, spa, sight-seeing and whale watching.
We have a shared hot tub for the property. It sits off by the garden so it's at least 100 yards from each of the houses so not to disturb any of our guests. There is also a private hot tub at the home off the back deck facing the water with spectacular views.

Cancelation Summary:
a. Cancelation- 90 days or more prior to Arrival Date: All monies refunded, except for
$300 cancelation fee.
b. Cancelation- 60 days or more prior to Arrival Date: Owner to retain the $300 cancelation fee, and Occupant forfeits the Initial Deposit, unless all or a portion of the period reserved by Occupant is successfully re-marketed, in which case the Initial Deposit may be refunded on a pro-rata basis
(depending on whether all of the same days are paid for by the new occupant, and whether the same Lodging Rate is received by Owner).
c. Cancelation - Less than 60 days prior to Arrival Date: Owner to retain the $300 cancelation fee, and Occupant forfeits the Initial Deposit and Remaining Deposit, unless all or a portion of the period reserved by Occupant is successfully re-marketed, in which case the Initial Deposit & Remaining Deposit may be refunded on a pro-rata basis (depending on whether all of the same days are paid for by the new occupant, and whether the same Lodging Rate is received by Owner).
