This cozy lodge has two fireplaces for warm cozy winter days and a large back deck area for summer nights. Located right on the banks of the Yakima River with only the sounds of mother nature and what she has to offer.
In addition to the main house this estate comes with an additional guest house and treehouse. Located close to all the amenities Cle Elum and the North Cascades has to offer. Property includes private drift boat access for your personal launch. Only ten minutes from Suncadia and fifteen minutes from historic Roslyn. One of a kind property - not many can say they've stayed in a treehouse before!
Cancelation Summary:
a. Cancelation- 90 days or more prior to Arrival Date: All monies refunded, except for
$300 cancelation fee.
b. Cancelation- 60 days or more prior to Arrival Date: Owner to retain the $300 cancelation fee, and Occupant forfeits the Initial Deposit, unless all or a portion of the period reserved by Occupant is successfully re-marketed, in which case the Initial Deposit may be refunded on a pro-rata basis
(depending on whether all of the same days are paid for by the new occupant, and whether the same Lodging Rate is received by Owner).
c. Cancelation - Less than 60 days prior to Arrival Date: Owner to retain the $300 cancelation fee, and Occupant forfeits the Initial Deposit and Remaining Deposit, unless all or a portion of the period reserved by Occupant is successfully re-marketed, in which case the Initial Deposit & Remaining Deposit may be refunded on a pro-rata basis (depending on whether all of the same days are paid for by the new occupant, and whether the same Lodging Rate is received by Owner).
